The correct handling of your personal data is very important to us.

Data saved by us

TapGet stores data that are necessary for our service to work. When placing an order, the following data is stored:

  • the location where the order is received
  • the table or spot where the order was placed
  • date and time of the order
  • the ordered goods
  • the comment on the order

You can also place orders without creating an account. The orders are assigned to the software ID.

When creating a user, data is also collected to authenticate you:

  • your name
  • date of birth
  • the e-mail address
  • the encrypted password

Orders placed while you are logged in are assigned to your user. Data that you make available to the app are encrypted and transmitted to our server.

App permissions:

The TapGet app requires the following access and authorizations to function properly:

  • Access to your camera to read and identify the QR codes of our partners
  • Access to your location to view relevant locations near you in the area map and search
  • Access to your gallery if you want to upload images
  • Authorization to send push notifications to you so your order can be updated in the app

Server log files:

When accessing our service, our provider automatically collects:

  • your IP address
  • other similar data that serve to avert danger in the event of attacks on our service

Disclosure to third parties

TapGet forwards the data of your order to the respective location, they can view statistics on the orders made.

Account Deletion

You are allowed to delete your TapGet account at any time, unless you have an active TapGet subscription or other legal regulations (e.g. statutory retention obligations) or an outstanding interest on our part (e.g. for the defence of our rights and claims) prevent this.

To delete your account, please send us your request for deletion, providing the name of your company and your name, to the following TapGet email address:

After a comparison with the data stored with us, you will receive an email from us with the cancellation confirmation.
